NEW CD: When I Get My New House Done: Western North Carolina Fiddle Tunes and Songs with 26 field recordings of fiddle tunes and songs performed by Marcus Martin, one of the finest old-time musicians from western North Carolina. The CD was jointly produced by the SFC and the NC Folklife Institute. Order through the North Carolina Folklife Institute online store.
SEARCH SFC 78RPM and 45RPM RECORDINGS: The SFC Recordings Database searches a portion of the SFC's 78rpm and 45rpm commercial recordings. It is an ongoing project. Note that the majority of the SFC's 78s and 45s are not yet included in the database.
